Qualifications

- Knowledge of inventory monitoring practices
- Ability to obtain product knowledge and/or ability to learn products to correctly identify parts and make recommendations

- Previous experience managing inventory, using inventory systems, and assisting customers over the phone and in-person is a plus
- Must pass drug screen
Cedar Park is the fifth and newest location for Lift Truck Supply. We are searching for an ambitious go-getter to manage the Parts Department and front office. This person will be responsible for the parts inventory while ensuring the needs of our customers are met in a timely manner.
- Manage parts inventory using electronic inventory system
- Receive parts and perform stock order audits to ensure inventory is correct; report any damages or shortages
- Maintain a procedural flow to ensure ease of parts stocking/pulling and technician van restocks
- Assist with answering the company phones lines; ensure customers are directed to the correct department
- Help walk-in customers with part orders, sales, and service requests
- Demonstrate and maintain a customer service mindset to better serve customers and solve problems
