If you have eliminated pallets from your work environment, carton clamps are a potential solution. With two hydraulic functions, one for side-shift and one for opening and closing the arms, the carton clamp keeps pallet-less materials safe and secure during movement.

At paper mills, converting operations and printing houses, where neither pallets nor clamps are beneficial, the paper roll clamp is the most common forklift attachment. Toyota’s Paper Rolls Specialized C-Cushion Forklift is specially designed for paper roll handling. Toyota also has a solution for lifting heavy loads in confined spaces, such as loading and unloading rail cars. The Boxcar Special Internal Combustion Forklift model can lift between 8,000 pounds and 12,000 pounds in tight quarters. With a higher but more compact counterweight, the boxcar special design does not sacrifice load weight for maneuverability.
